Formerly known as Kaijo Sonic KCS-60. SCS-60 is a very good and very compact, affordable, Fully stabilized medium-frequency sonar. Ideal for fishing for herring, sardines and tuna, but can also be used for other fish species.

Technical information
SCS-60 is delivered as standard on 58/62 kHz (set during installation). The filtration technology in the SCS-60 ensures accurate drawing of fish echoes, less noise, better separation and increased range. High-precision incliometer provides accurate pitch and roll stabilization data, 20 times faster than other models! SCS-60 can target 3 different shoals of fish at the same time. The sonar has 30 different marks that can also be used for manual plotting of courses and speed of fishing shoals. By the integration of KDG-300 (Doppler Current Graph)one can measure the exact course and speed of shoals of fish, regardless of current direction and depth. Units of measurement: meters, fathoms and feet.

Equipment
The equipment in the SCS-60 delivery is well built and very robust. The transducer, consisting of 512 transducer elements, is oil-filled and encapsulated in a stainless steel dome. In the event of damage to the steel dome, this can be easily replaced.  The bottom equipment fits in 8 "tubes and is solidly constructed, with a glider ring that supports the shaft against the sonar trunk in the hull. This prevents, in most cases, a bent shaft if you get a wire or rope around the shaft or transducer. Replaceable parts ensure lower maintenance costs and shorter repair time SCS-60 comes with a compact and easy-to-use control panel with integrated scroll ball.In addition, the panel has quick buttons for favorite setups.SCS-60 also has the option to connect additional USB devices, such as wireless Logitech scroll ball.
